Note: FC Fontaine-Valmont was founded in 1970 (matricule 7318), playing in the bottom division of Hainaut's provincial league system for most of its existence - with just five seasons of football one step higher up the ladder, in Provincial League 3 (1994-95, 1996-98, 1999-2001). In 2005, the club folded. The former ground at Rue des Prés is now part of a local farm, with the former clubhouse serving as a horse stable.
