Note: Apparently, a first football club in Beigem saw the daylight in 1915, but it was a short-lived affair. Between 1942 and 1958, there was a more successful second attempt, called Delta Club Beigem, members of the Royal Belgian Football Association under matricule 3597. After the demise of DC Beigem, the ground at Rotsartlaan remained in use by various recreational teams, including Duvelshoek. In 1968, they were joined by FC Onder Den Toren. This club played in two recreational leagues successively, first in the Sportverbond Vilvoorde (1968-70) and subsequently in the regional branch of Arbeidersvoetbal (1970-72), before joining the official Belgian FA with a new name, FC Beigem, in 1972. The club played a staggering 41 consecutive years at the lowest level, Provincial League 4, before clinching their first league title in 2013. That same year, the current clubhouse was constructed on the opposite side of its predecessor, which was knocked down once the construction works were finished early in 2014; the official inauguration followed in November 2014.
